Engineering design considerations
Voltage and capacity are only starting points. Continuous load, peak current, charging method and duty cycle are reviewed together before finalizing the pack.
Cell arrangement, cable exit, connector clearance and installation space are considered as one enclosure decision, not as separate afterthoughts.
BMS functions and thresholds are selected against the application, selected cells, charger and expected operating environment.
Custom battery solution
PLUSENERG reviews the operating profile, installation envelope and product interface before a final configuration is issued. This keeps the pack aligned with the equipment rather than forcing the equipment around a generic battery.
Application fit
Application suitability is reviewed against load, charging, installation space, thermal conditions and target-market requirements.

Quality & documentation review
Requirements such as CE, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS or other records are assessed for the final pack, relevant scope, transport route and destination market. A document related to another configuration is not presented as blanket approval.
Factory capability
Assembly and inspection checkpoints are set against the approved product brief. The final process is based on the selected components, pack configuration and delivery documentation requirements.
Technical buyer FAQ
A 3S2P configuration uses three cell groups connected in series and two cells in parallel in each group. With standard lithium-ion cells, the arrangement has a nominal voltage of 11.1V. The parallel connections increase capacity and current capability, but the final behaviour still depends on the selected cells, BMS, connector and equipment load profile.
A three-series lithium-ion battery pack normally uses a 12.6V charging voltage. The actual charger interface, charge current, BMS limits and connector must be confirmed against the finished configuration. A 12.6V nominal charger specification does not replace a project review of the charging system.
Yes. PLUSENERG can review voltage, capacity, cell arrangement, physical dimensions, connector, BMS and label requirements as one battery-pack brief. The most useful RFQ includes the application, current demand, available installation space, charging method, quantity, target market and any existing battery photos or drawings.
An 11.1V 3S2P pack may be considered for portable equipment, service robots, industrial instruments and other OEM products. Suitability must be verified against runtime, peak current, charging arrangement, thermal environment, installation space and target-market documentation requirements.
Dimensions and weight are confirmed only after the final cell selection, BMS, cable routing, connector, housing and installation constraints are agreed. This avoids offering a catalog dimension that cannot be maintained after engineering changes. A drawing or available battery compartment size accelerates this review.
Yes. Connector type, pinout, wire gauge and cable length can be specified for a project. The equipment-side mating connector, current demand, mechanical routing and polarity controls should be reviewed first. A photo of the equipment connector or an existing sample helps reduce interface risk.
Documentation is not assumed from a generic battery image. Requirements such as CE, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS or other project records are assessed for the final configuration, relevant product scope, destination market and transport route. The applicable documentation is confirmed during the project review.
